Dear Students:
We are done with Spanish Population and now we are going to go in depth into a subject that has come up in class: MIGRATION. This part corresponds to 1.4 that you can find on pages 14 and 15. In this section, you will learn about the different types of migration, the concept of migratory balance and the effects and consequences of this phenomenon. The activities focus on clarifying the differences between migration, emigration and immigration  and they will help you understand that this is a phenomenon that has been around for centuries and that all continents have experienced both emigrations and immigrations both internally and externally.
If you do not have access to an electronic device while doing this task, do not worry, it is not necessary. However, for those of you that are interested in more information or extra resources, I have prepared a presentation similar to the ones I use in class with the objective of making the unit more accessible and interesting for you. It is important that you play the presentation since by doing so, it will automatically move forward and start with my explanations.  You will not have to do anything else but sit back, enjoy and maybe take a couple of notes 🙂
I do suggest you watch two videos that complete my explanations after the presentation

As in the previous parts of the unit, when going to the book, I recommend you make outlines or mind maps that will help you settle concepts since it will definitely be useful when studying for the exam.
